Our highly trained, certified, and experienced team of project managers, supervisors, and site staff can assist with implementing policies, monitoring, supervising, developing, and mentoring teams in accordance with Health and Safety and Environmental Procedures and Regulations.
We have extensive experience and industry recognition for estimating, participating in, and completing projects within our sector. Our team is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, owners, Indigenous communities, local governments, businesses, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Duties include, but are not limited to, continuous monitoring and reporting to ensure Health and Safety and QA/QC standards are met.
We pride ourselves on strong partnerships, alliances, and proven working relationships with various Indigenous communities and companies. Our team provides oversight, guidance, and support to all project members, ensuring that projects progress on schedule and within budget, while maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Additionally, we complete and review daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports to evaluate whether Health and Safety, schedules, budgets, and plans are meeting the required project performance goals and milestones. We oversee, review, and audit project safety, cost controls, budgets, invoicing, estimating, and project forecasting, providing regular updates to clients and completing timely project closeout procedures.
Finally, we implement and monitor policies, requirements, and procedures to improve efficiencies and work performance, ensure Health and Safety, and oversee the change management process.
