Craig Cornell - President
Craig has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba, supported by a diploma in Mining Studies from the University of British Columbia and over 30 years of experience in the construction and mining industry. He possesses strong skills in planning, implementation, quality control, and continuous improvement, developed through managing major construction projects and ongoing operations—principles upon which Craig operates.
He has extensive experience working with Indigenous and First Nation communities and companies, along with a strong history of providing leadership, management, and direction in building operations and project teams to facilitate value-added services for both internal and external customers.

Walter Ackerman - Vice President
Walter brings over 30 years of civil construction and mining experience to the team. Specializing in resource planning and site execution, Walter manages all aspects of customer projects to ensure success. He has been involved in all phases of earthworks, civil construction, and integrity projects since 1990. Walter has worked for several contractors, including Steel River Group, Backwoods Services, Peace River Hydro Partners, and Ledcor Construction.
For over 20 years, he has supervised crews on road construction, the construction of plant sites and well pads, new landfill construction, river dredging, and aggregate development. Walter has extensive knowledge of heavy equipment operations and maintenance. He is known for building teams and developing innovative, cost-saving solutions to earthworks project challenges, as well as for his ability to work with limited resources to achieve construction goals. Additionally, he has extensive knowledge in heavy mobile equipment planning and field execution.

Bryson Patenaude - Vice President and Senior Manager Engineering Services – Mechanical
Bryson Patenaude is a Professional Mechanical Engineer with 17 years of construction experience. His extensive industrial experience has been acquired across various sectors, including pulp, oil, pipeline, hard rock mining, underground soft rock mining, demolition, heavy civil, commercial, logistics, cost control, scheduling, quality control, field supervision, and project management. Farzad Dian - Senior Manager, Engineering Services – Civil
Farzad Dian is a professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in the industry (engineering, construction, and maintenance/operation). He has held various responsibilities, including estimator, cost controller, planning and scheduling manager, project controls manager, bid/proposal coordinator/manager, field engineer, senior/chief engineer, QA/QC inspector/manager, construction superintendent/manager, and project manager.
Ian Harder - Senior Manager, Engineering Services – Environmental & GeoTechnical
Ian Harder, B.Sc., P.Eng., is a Civil Engineer with over 27 years of experience in British Columbia and Alberta. Ian has a diverse skill set that includes expertise in geotechnical, environmental, and materials testing, as well as pavement, company and project economics, and damage and risk assessments. In addition, he specializes in soil, water, and rock engineering; geotechnical investigations; environmental regulatory processes; foundation investigations and analyses; design and construction processes; slope stability investigations; geohazard identification and design; industry road route selection; soil erosion design; corporate radiation safety; marketing; communication; management; and much more. He has participated in hundreds of project proposals, business promotions, project coordination, site supervision, road and pavement design, materials testing, and environmental pipeline inspection.
Curtiss Cameron – Construction Manager
Curtiss brings over 30 years of extensive construction experience in civil construction, pipeline projects, and mining, among other sectors. He has progressed from equipment operator/trainer to Construction Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. He ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the required quality and safety standards. Curtiss manages on-site activities, liaising with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that all project goals are met efficiently.
